Sometimes, the first start of the Userbrain Chrome Extension is causing trouble on some configurations.
When this happens, the extension is stuck on the "Initializing screen recorder" message, and it doesn't disappear:
When this happens to you, please follow the following steps to resolve this problem:
- Quit and deinstall your Google Chrome Browser
- Free up enough space on your PC (at least 5GB of free space)
- Reinstall the latest Google Chrome
- Reinstall the latest version of the Userbrain Chrome Extension
- Click on the green icon of the extension and try to login again with your Userbrain credentials.
